If you want to buy a house, there are two steps:
1. Find an ad, (try realtor.ca) and figure out what the down payment will be (we'll go with 5%).
2. Subtract the down payment from the price of the house, and use a mortgage calculator to find out the price of the mortgage payments. We'll go with:

- 5 year closed
