GRAD TRANSITIONS
Graduation Transitions (GT) is a mandatory requirement for all students graduating from a high school in Yukon or British Columbia. Graduation Transitions is worth 4 credits toward the minimum of 80 credits necessary to graduate. When the requirements are met a code of RM is added to a students' official transcript, no percentage or letter grade is awarded.
Graduation Transitions has 3 main components:
1. Career and Life
2. Personal Health
3. Community Connections
Ms. George is the teacher supervisor for Graduation Transitions. Students are responsible for managing their own assignments and bringing the completed assignments to their exit interviews in May.
All requirements for Graduation Transitions are due by April 30, 2017, and will be handed in during the student's exit interview. These interviews will be with a teacher or administrator from the PCSS team from April 30-May 4, 2017. Students can sign up for a time slot on the signup sheet that will be posted in April. If a student will be absent for some reason during that week, they must contact Ms. George to schedule an interview before May.
If a student does not do their Grad Transitions and exit interview, they will have a "non graduated" status on their transcript.

Finances
Feel free to use the following resources. The Budget Calculator is great because it's for typical expenses, and if you open it up using Adobe Acrobat Reader (here at school) it'll do the calculations for you. Kind of nice :) You can also feel free to make your own 'expenses in' and 'expenses out' spreadsheet or document. The first link below is pretty complex, but there for your help if needed.
